CONNECTING TO YOUR NEW ACCOUNT

You should have completed steps one through three to ensure that all of the necessary network components are installed on your computer and you should have created a new CyTech connection in step four. Finally, you should have completed step five to configure your TCP/IP settings.
If you have not completed steps one through three, go to Creating
a CyTech Connection.
If you have not completed step four, go to Creating
a CyTech Connection - Part 2.
If you have not completed step five, go to Configuring
Your TCP/IP Settings.
If you have completed steps one through five, then it is time to connect to your new account. Follow these steps:
- Double-click My Computer.
- Double-click Dial-up Networking.
- Double-click the CyTech connection icon you created.
- In the Connect To dialog box, enter your user name and password, and then click Connect.
- After the Connected To dialog box appears, you are connected to the Internet.
Congratulations! You have successfully configured
your computer to connect to the internet. If your computer will
not connect, go to Troubleshooting
Your Dial-up Connection.
